Question about Heating & Cooling
Ok i need to put the things on the side of my air comditioner because mywindow is a bit bigger than the air conditioner itself (i dont know what they are called) and i dont know what holes to screw the screws into on the air conditioner because i have the screws that it came with nad everything that i have tried the screw does not fit please help me
That is a good question...what to call them...perhaps adjustable baffles? Anyway...have you removed the air conditioner from its housing? Most window air conditioners can be removed from the housing through the front opening. With the air conditioner removed...it may be possible to apply the screws from the inside of the air conditioner housing to attach the baffles to the outside. I may be able to give better advice if you can tell me the manufacturer and model number of the air conditioner.
Good luck... and I hope this is helpful!!
