My nokia 7370 cannot get fully charge even though i charge it more than enough.

If the battery is fully charged and still it does not turn on then either the power button is faulty or the phone. Did the phone get a jerk, because sometimes even a small thud can snap some connection inside as everything is so very delicate inside. Is it under warranty? if yes then Nokia Care is the answer.

go to your nearest cellphone shop accessories and buy a new one bl-4b beware buy original.

You can try reinstall the software. After reinstalling the software, if you have the same problem then contact call nokia service center. It looks like more of a hardware problem.

can u hear any sound like nokia tune which comes when u turn on your mobile? It could be because your display is damaged or not working so please visit nokia showroom and they will help you.

There can be several things which can be reason for blank screen like:
1. Your display is not working
2. Battery of mobile is not working.
3. May your mobile is not charged and charger which you are using is not working. Try charging with some other charger of nokia same pin.
4. It could be software issue. Please update software in your mobile.

when a nokia n95 switches off and on, all you have to do is put a sim that doesnt work anymore then you have to switch the n95 on and wait for 30 minutes, then the n95 will stop from on and off, the laguage will be set to france mode..
