Problem for LG 42LC2D 42 in. HDTV LCD Television

LG LCD 42" tv sound but no picture

I have this 42" LG tv mod 37LC7D-ub.
Has sound but no brightness. Voltages check normal except the 6.3v line. It only has a little over 3 v.
Any feed back appreciated.
