Does anyone know what kind of battery is the internal Boton Cell Baterry? It does not show any voltage ratings... It is label BT 751, and it has a 45 18 on one of the clips. It is solder in the board.

Baterry isnt charging it only works on AC power DELL PP22L

Press the function and F3 button. This will enable/disable charging. If that does not work, then you either have a power adapter that is not creating enough voltage to charge the battery or the battery has gone bad.

My nokia 5130 charging slot does no more 'hold' the charger. I could not charge the battery. Is there any thing I can do? I recently have a previous nokia 5130 phone with the same problem...

here in the philippines, we have a "universal charger" where in you can take out the battery and put it on the universal charger and plug it to the outlet. it's best for your problem. however, if the said exchange that you have said here is part of a warranty then you still had the same problem with the same particular phone, i think you better go to the store where you purchased that phone and talk to them regarding the same old problem. and ask them if they can exchange a different unit for you because tell them that you are not satisfied with the performance of that unreliable and not so durable gadget and its accessories. make a deal with them. convince them. don't let them manipulate you to just accept something that is really not acceptable.

I changing my car battery I put disstilled water ang I charge after 5 hours my baterry was same voltages when firts I cheked how know to if my baterry need to replace and how to know if my baterry are not...

voltage is 12 V or so, is an ok thing to measure.
But, it must be measured under load to determine if there are enough CCA or cold cranking amps to perform well in your vehicle's starting system.

Meter is consistently a half to a full stop off

I've known this problem to occur if the wrong kind of CR123/CR123A lithium battery is used. They come as rechargeable and dry cell (i.e. non-rechargeable) versions. For sensitive devices like yours the difference is important as the internal resistance of the rechargeables is lower which affects the voltage characteristics. This meter is designed only for the dry cell version: see page 34 of the user manual, although the instructions don't make this fact clear enough IMHO. The reason for using the dry cell version is that the output voltage remains constant until the battery is nearly exhausted, but the rechargeable version starts at a slightly higher than nominally rated voltage and drifts down as the battery discharges. This means that you only get a truly accurate reading with a dry cell battery. There is no user adjustment to recalibrate the meter but you can use a different ISO rating to compensate or use the exposure compensation settings.

Ducati Baterry

hi there , firstly remove the seat , then you will have to undo the clip at the front of the tank then raise the tank up , then use a mallet or a friend to keep the tank upright and out of the way , you will then see the battery , remove the rubber band hoding it and undo the screws on the top , job done :)
hope this helps
kind regards

Voltage regulator

Voltage regulator is built-in to the alternator assembly.

Have you tried replacing the battery?
A battery with a shorted cell will not charge properly and may even damage an alternator or regulator.

Note1: use a digital voltmeter (about $25 at Lowe's or Radio Shack) and check voltage across batt terminals while engine running. If more than 12.6 Volts DC and more typically about 13 Volts, then the alternator is working.

Note2: from Jan 98 to May 98 shows a different part # alternator than June - Dec 98
check the manufacture date on your driver door edge.

Is it rechargable batteries (orignal for the camera), or are you using standard batteries? (AA/RC6 kind of batteries)

If you use AA batteries (or similar) make sure you use alkaline batteries of a good brand. Cheap batteries ofteh don't have the power to run digital cameras. Especially using the LCD screen drains the batteries.

If you have a new rechargable battery and it last only a short time see if using it and recharging it a few times helps the bettery "getting into it". If not, your camera may need repairs.
