Question about Western Digital Passport WDXML800UE (WDXML800UETE) 80 GB Hard Drive
I brought a WD 120GB external hard drive but when I plug it in my laptop, it didn't recognize it and nothing happen at all. I tried it on my other desk top and another laptop, same thing happened.
How can I get a replacement?
I brought this from Hong Kong and I am in Toronto now.
If you can't resolve this by contacting the retailer from which you purchased this drive, you can go to http://support.wdc.com/ and check the warranty status. As long as the unit is under warranty, Western Digital will provide you with an RMA number and instructions on how to ship the drive back to them for exchange or repair.
