The red can be adjusted up and down, but the left and right won't move. I just replaced the convergence IC's. I re-touched all solder joints on the ic's. I also checked the connections with a multimeter from the pins to another component on that trace and they all seem good. I started checking other solder joints in the same area on theat board. Is there specific pins I should be looking at? Are there any resitors, caps ot diodes to look at?
The solution to your problem is you are missing 22v on one of the convergence IC'S. On the board it should say vr for Vertical Red. Then just trace that back to the 22v line fuse and you should be in business. I think it is a 3amp fuse or 5amp Micro fuse. Check that and i think you will find it is open. Let me know how that works for you. Which IC'S did you install STK 392-570 OR STK 392-180? Good luck with that and make sure you rate me so i can become a master or a guru. Thank you in advance. Jay

Well I did find 2 fusible 2W 3.9 ohm resistors that are bad that were labeled RH. I will try to get them in the morning to see if that takes care of it. They look as if they were replaced already since they don't match the rest. Thanks for the help and quick response. I will let you know if it works.
Replaced the two 3.9 ohm fusible resitors with some standard off the self ones. Worked great. I ordered the fusible ones from NTE and will swap them out once they come in. Thanks for the help.
