If the Kindle has wireless, go to wireless settings. You didn't supply the model of the kindle, try here for user manual: http://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=200317150

I secured my wireless a few years ago and forgot me password to connect what can i do

You can reset the device to the default factory settings by holding down the reset button for 7 seconds. The default password is blank.
Now you can log into the router using an Ethernet cable, the default IP is 192.168.2.1.

Belkin router my password has been changed

Are you speaking about the password of the router or the password of the wireless network ?
If you don't know the password of the router , then you will need to reset the router and use the default password of the router.
Once you reset the router, you will need to reconfigure it.
If you are looking for the wireless password, you can find it on the set up page of the router.
You will need to open the set up page of the router.

How do I lock my Belkin wireless router?

You can lock your router by setting a password to access it. This is done in your router setup, in the Wireless area. I prefer WPA-PSK [TKIP] for the ease of setup and password selections. This should keep unwanted access to your wireless signal.

I need to find my 9 digit passcode so that i can access the wireless router from my laptop

try accessing the routers address in internet explorer and looking for the network key in the wireless security settings. Linksys uses: 192.168.1.1

Do a google search for belkins router address

Or try using the reset button on the back of the router to reset the security settings.

Hope this helps

Whilst online my connection went off using my belkin 54g, and wont let me connect again as it says, 'The settings saved on this computer for the network do not match the requirements of the network'...Why...

That message means that your wireless security key has been changed to a different password. All you need to do is go to Network and Sharing Center > Manage Wireless Network, then delete all the listed wireless profiles there. Now click on Add > Add a Network that is in range of the computer > Choose your network and connect. Make sure to type in a correct network key. That should do it.

Lose internet connection when phone is in use

Your cordless and wireless mode is running on same frequency.

You can do couple of things...use the wireless mode in b instead of g in the router.

Else use a different cordless phone which runs in 5.8 or 6.0 frequency.

Hope this helps.

Installing Belkin Wireless G Router F5D7230uk4

No. Forget the CD and plug a computer directly into the wireless router with a ethernet cable. Open your browser and type 192.168.1.1 When a username/password box pops up type admin for username and password for the password. It should log you into the router. From there you can configure the router to detect and list your devices properly. Normally the router should be working out of the box. If admin/password doesn't work try admin/admin or admin without a password. Anymore questions with this, post here so I can help.
