Question about SanDisk Sansa e250 MP3 Player

Even after resetting my e250, i still get the sandisk screen and it wont go to my menus after i restart it!

I Think You Should Try Starting Your Sansa In Recovey Mode ( Put The Sansa On Hold, Hold Down The Record Button While Turning The Sansa On) Then Plug It In To Your PC  Than Update Your Firmwire

Read the other problems with sandisk or go to youtube and type sandisk e250 fix and it will show u the steps to fix this problem it's common with the e250 series

Sansa wont work


Once you have it in recovery mode, create a file called "sansa.fmt" and put in on "16mb" (Which is what your sansa shows up as in My Computer when it is in recovery mode). Once you have put the file on the "16mb" disconnect the cable and allow the device to restart unlocking it before it boots back up.

solution #1 : try HARD resetting it by holding the power button for 15 seconds. if not solution #2 : install and use this tool to repair your sansa. Its called the Sansa Connect Recovery Tool. You get on the sandisk website, you have a manual also . go to : http://www.sandisk.com/Retail/Default.aspx?CatID=1532
