where would i be able to find a book on repairing my own plasma tv? i cant find any info on my 50 plasma gateway tv i cant even find a schematic or the voltage output for the power supply?

I have the same problem.

I'm looking for a schematic for my AUDIOVOX FP3706 LCD HDTV. Power is applied according to the standby(red) and power on(blue) lights when pushing the power button, but see no sound - no picture - can not activate any of the functions such as INPUT select since there is absolutely no picture - black screen only. Set is 16 months old....

The voltages are on the Printed circuit boards and the schemo's are online. What is wrong with set again?

Did you try googleing it? I know the gateways aren't made anymore, but before i would drop a lot of cash on that puppy, i would consider a new or use one like a Samsung or a Panasonic. Their the best for the money. Even Visio isn't too shabby. But have you opened it up yet? Let me know buddy. Talk to you later. Good luck.
