Problem with amplifier Technics SU-V500

The amplifier Technics SU-V500 in stand-by (led light) make sound "click clack continued" with led operation lighting intermittence (blinking).
The su-v500 in On is in normal condition led's (led stand-by off and led operation light).
The problem is "RL751" ? I can change this?
Excuse for my bad English!!!

I have exactly the same problem,I'm able to do soldering, or get a friend to fix it with a degree in electrical engineering, I just need to know where I can buy that componemt in the UK, good to know it can be fixed shame to let such a good amp go to waist.

Technics Amplifier SU-V4

The clicking sound will be a relay for the protection circuit. That could be faulty, but first check out the main devices on the main amp section. Those attached to the big heat sink. If you see a single IC amp that could well be faulty.

I have a technics SU-v500m2 amplifier connected via the aux input to my pc, i wish to link another amp to the same input, is this possible, and if so how?

Let's establish which is the IN and which is the OUT here. The PC is a Line Level source so its OUTPUT would feed one of the amp's Line Level INPUTs.

What's the second amp going to do in your scenario? Something other than the normal stereo channels; something multichannel (if your PC supports it); or just more speakers supported for the PC to feed?

An RCA Y-connector pair would share the stereo output of the PC with multiple Line Level destinations.

If a second amp with its own volume control is intended to share the same two channels with the SU-V500 it could also be slaved off the back of the SU-V500 wih an RCA patch pair exiting the Tape 1 or 2 REC(OUT) jacks. The second amp would receive full-volume audio from whatever source the SU-V500 is playing. Just don't activate the selected Tape monitor on the SU-V500 or you will cut off the source to both amps.

Blinking light on front of amplifier Technics SU-V10X

Blingking Light usually means that there is DC appearing in output stage and is protecting Connected Speakers.
It can be faulty Output Stage (Bad ICs/Transistors/Resistors/Capacitors) or Faulty Power Supply.

Working on These types of Problem is not user friendly at all.

Advising to take local Authorized Shop.

Sound cuts when volume is turned up

check that power amplifier rating(how many watt)must be more than total speaker rating by 20% at least..
exampel:if speakers watts are 100 watt-amplifier watt must be 120 watt.

Technics SUV500 problem in stand-by

The problem is not the relay. The unit is trying to start, but detecting a problem and shuting down again. Check the output transistors for a shorted condition.
