I want to know how I can change the mouse from left to right

Control panel and mouse. Look for Buttons and you can change the settings there. On Windows 7 just press windows key and type mouse....

You can also tweak other things, like how fast or jerky the mouse is, and how fast a double click needs to be for YOU. Also the scroll wheel can be altered for more or less scroll per rotation...

Mouse needs to be reset. response time while using mouse is very jerky.

Make sure that your mouse is situated on non-conductor surfaces such as wood and/or plastic. The same principle applies is your sensor is connected via a cable and is movable.

When turning tue wheel on the mouse, the screen continues moving

Adjust your mouse wheel settings, to scroll less lines at a time. That should take care of it.
