Bissell spray to floor not operating. Spray to upholstery fine.

If there is spray at the upholstery tool but not the floor it is likely the heater is clogged with soap gunk and/minerals.

If water will spray from the upholstery tool but not at the floor you may have a clogged heater.

Same Bissell 9500 cleaner. Hand piece works fine, but cant spray water / cleaner when doing the floor. I've made sure the rollers are working and taken my air compressor on low psi and blown back to make sure the floor spray lines are clear...

Going to take apart and check the pump today.

Usually when the hand tool works ok, then the heater inside the handle asm. is clogged. The water bypasses the heater when you use the hand tool. Other then that it could be a bad pump.
