Question about Sony PlayStation Portable (PSP) Console
Hey, your PSP is what we call "BRICKED". You have 3 options at this point.
You can send it to Sony and pay for the repair. 1-800-345-7669
You can throw if away and buy another one.
You can find someone who has a "Pandora Battery". This battery can jump start your psp and restore it back to normal.

There is high possibility that your adapter is stuffed. Dell have built in a recognition circuitry
into the 65w adapters and when that goes, the system will no longer recognize
it as a 65w adapter even though it is still putting out 65w. The system then
shuts off the battery recharge circuit and to make matters worse it won't even
charge the battery when the computer is off. It also
speedsteps the processor down to half its speed so everything runs slower. Only
option is to stick with a slow computer that can't be used on batteries or buy
another ac adapter.
you do not want to pay $80 for a original adapter directly from dell,
there is an alternative choice to get an 3rd party charger, check this
