When i go on my blackberry 8520 camera it says please close any other open applications and try again i turned off the phone than back on again but it says the same message

This problem has no solution to it. Its hardware problem. I also had same problem on the same day when i purchase. I got the replacement of handset. Get it replaced....... Its quite unusal for BB but happens in 1 in 100.
