In the box it say's if i register my product on this site i will get £10 free ,but cant see how to do it can you help,thanks

Follow the steps below:
1) First log on to http://www.samsung.com
2) Then Select your Country site.
3) After selecting your country site, Click on the Product Registration button on the top right of the screen.
4) Then register by entering your email.........

There apears to be an error with the address.

did you register your copy of windows when you installed it you need a product key which is usaully on the side or back of pc i dont think you can get updates after 30 days after reinstalling... its a 25 digit code containing letters and numbers reinstall and register it...to find where to register on vista click on start then right click on mycomputer then select properties then a screen should come up with your pc's specs go to bottom of that box and see if your copy is registered if not click on link to do so it might work hope this helps

Did you register your printer and software after install? If not open the program and registration screen should come up and register the products. Some products are designed that they will not operate till registered.
