Question about Computers & Internet
Ok is this on ur startup? (POST) does it say no HDD detected?
if so check the following:
ur HDDis set to master. therefore the little clip on the back and to the right is set over the master pins, this is diff, depending on what HDD it is, look on the top of the HDD it will say... also make sure if u are using ID-0 cables that u have it in the master plug, (the end one) also check to see if the cable is securely connected to the computer on the motherboard (i advise u to use a static grounding device btw)
then boot the computer and enter the BIOS. you click delete when u computer is booting up then check to see that the HDD is set as the main boot device, then cd the floppy.
please ask more if u r stuck.
