Hello... This problem is usually associated with a bad switch or a bad window motor. One way to tell which one is listen for the sound of the motor when trying to raise the window. If you hear the motor trying, it is not the problem. Then it could be something is stuck in the window track.

If more help is needed.. Respond to this forum and post a comment.

Good Luck... Mike

Testimonial: "thanks mike but im still not sure what to fix first cause it will go down with no problem just wont go up and there is no noise when i do this"

Hello again... After further research, it looks like your vehicle has relay called the Power Window Relay. This is where I suggest you start the repair.

This item is located either in the fuse panel inside the engine compartment or the one inside the vehicle.

Anymore help need... Post back gain... Good Luck.... Mike

Passanger window very very slow to roll down. but rolls up normally. problem worse in cold weather.

well without knowing what make & model its hard to say but sense im a master cert.GM CADDY 15A/ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN. ive had tons of experence with lots of window problems in 12 years. but i would say that the window motor is just getting week and sense the spring on the window regulator is for helping the motor roll up i would say that thats why it rolls down slow(because the spring is to much for the week motor to push against) or possibly the contact points inside the master window switch could have bad contacts causing low voltage in one direction. ive also seen worn window guide channels(where the window edges silde in the door) causing the window to bind when going in one direction. try lubricating the channel with silicone spray. 3m wet type.

Rear window will not go up or down

You will need to replace the window regulator assembly, go to Honda for this part, no one else will have it.
