How to make a three-way conference call with Panasonic KX-TG5240?

I am trying to perform a three-way conference call from a Panasonic KX-TG5240. These are the steps:
1.I Call the first party.
2. I press FLASH on thre handset
3. I dial the second party's number
4.Once I hear the call ringing, I press the FLASH Key again.
The second party never comes online. What am I doing wrong. Would it be better to try with the Phone Base? How? I need help.
Emilio.

SOURCE: Panasonic KX-TG2740 Cordless Phone - Can I reset handset registration

press function button on handset, scroll to initial setting, select by pressing right arrow, scroll to registration, select, select hs registration, follow directions on handset display, pressing mute on "new" base station, and ok on handset(plugged in). If you like, you can unregister with the "old" base unit first.

SOURCE: adding handset to Panasonic KX-TGA542M phone. ? how to ?

I ordered a new kx-tg560m handset for my kx-tg5632 base unit, but the enclosed instructions for registering it with the base unit were wrong. Fortunately, I found the old quick setup guide in my files.

If you do not have the same base unit and handset, go to the URL:
http://www.panaxonic.com/RegisterYourHandset.

1. On the handset, press [MENU], then press [0][0]. The handset displays "Refer to manual to prepare base. Then press OK->"
2. On the base unit, press [SELECT] until the desired extension number [H1, H2, H3, or H4] is displayed on the base unit, then press and hold [CALL] until the CHARGE indicator flashes.
3. On the handset, press the [OK] softkey.

When the handset is off and sitting in the charger, the handset's extension is displayed in the upper right corner.

SOURCE: kx-tg1100

On your handset go to "SETTINGS HS" -> "REGISTRATION" -> "CANCEL BS"
This will discard the registration of the handset to any base.

Then go to "SETTINGS HS" -> "REGISTRATION" -> "REGISTER HS"and select the base you want (i.e. BASE 1, BASE 2, ..., BASE n).

After you finish all the above, hold down the "PAGE" button for about 5 secs.

You are now done!!!

Good luck

Panasonic kx t7436 how many conference will do conference

you can do as many conferences as you have phones, but one phone can have one conference at a time with 3 total parties(depending on your phone system) in the conference (so yourself and 2 other people, inside or outside of the office)

if you have a TDA/TDE/NCP phone system (blue box on the wall or in a computer rack) you can have 5 people in a single conference...

if you have a TD phone system (white box on the wall) you are limited to a 3 party conference

Wow, that's a great record for any cordless phone! The battery probably only needs to be replaced. The battery can no longer hold a charge.
