Question about Microsoft Windows Vista Ultimate Edition
I've just got a brand new Dell XPS M1330 with Windows Vista Home Premium. I was given a CD-R by a friend, with some photos on it. It opens fine in my old Win XP Dell Inspiron 1300 laptop. However, in the new XPS, the system can't seem to recognise that there are any files on the CD. I've looked at properties, and it can see that the disk is not empty: ie there is a percentage of space that is taken up. I've tried closing the session, but that didn't make any difference. Anyone got any ideas on how to view the files on Vista?
Actually some new laptops dont identify these pirated cd types so you try and update ur vista from microsoft and see if any update for your rom driver is available!!otherwise contact your laptop vendor!!
