Question about Standard (CRT) Televisions
I have a problem about my repair... philips tv, model: 14gx8510/71r has no power and the led light is always blink... and i change chroma ic, system ic, memory, but it just the same..i found chroma ic tda8361e there's is no 8volts in pin#36...
The 8V at pin 36 won't show unless there is oscillation, the primary voltage pin is pin 10, 8v. Don't mind me asking, you have checked the B+, right? Because the blinking LED is often because of power supply problems. And if that's okay, desolder the horizontal driver output legs and connect an LED to find if it is oscillating, if it does, forget the ic part and move on with the FBT and things. Good luck.

Focus in Power supply section..check first if there is 14vdc in pin 1 of PWM IC..MC44603P...check Power FET.
Hope it will help you.
