Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Doesnt seem to charge

Sounds like the battery is bad in the unit. If it's a first generation unit, Apple isn't supporting them anymore.

You could try hooking up one of these units:

Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

can you still switch the MP3 player on? if so... 1)Switch the MP3 player on and go to 'SETTINGS' 2)Try to restore the factory settings. This will NOT make the songs disappear from your MP3 player, but will reset the Custom EQ settings if you used them. I hope this helps.
