Question about HP Deskjet F4180 All-in-One InkJet Printer
I have an HP 4180 printer connected to my Mac using operating system 10.4.11. Up until a few days ago it was printing fine & suddenly today it started printing everything from several different applications as if I shrunk it down 60%. I spoke with the HP people & they said it's not a driver issue, the test page prints out fine, I uninstalled & reinstalled the the software. If anyone might have a clue on what's wrong that would be great.
Hi Lady Luxe,
Try running the Manual Uninstall solution (click link below):
Then run the HP Installer from your disk (v. 8.0). You may want to also restart your Mac after installation is successful (make sure you complete the Setup Assistant - don't skip it!).
Try to scan from the glass scanner bed to see that your connection is solid. Try to print now and it should be fine.
