Intel camera

when trying to download pictures from intel cs630 pocket
pc camera. the camera wizard says there are no pictures
to be found although the device manager days there is.
tryed both usb ports and they ar both working.used the
snapshot mode and the image does come up on the computer.
When using intel create and share program it will freeze
up and i will have to restart computer. i have pics in
the camera but cannot download them. help.

I have a similar problem: CS630 not recognized under XP.
It does not show up as a device. Loaded new SW from
INtel. Any ideas?

With the camera connected...if you go to...
My Computer...is the camera recognized as
a removable drive?
If it is, you should be able to copy the files to
your hard drive the same way you would from
a floppy.
