I bought my camera 3 years ago and like many others on this site I hardley used my camera and NEVER dropped my camera. Kits camera told me yesterday that I could pay $40.00 + to ship it to fuji and then 3-400 $$$$!!!!!! Thats a new camera! Im sure a 3-400$ camera would last a lot longer than this. Kits also said that Fuji no longer has the technology to fix these cameras! A 3 year old camera, $800.00 and this camera is still being sold online! ANY help would be greatly appreciated!!!!

I have two Fuji S20 pro cameras that have the purple and blue scrambled screen. Both cameras failed almost at the same time with no reason. Both cameras have been well taken care of and never droped. Fuji says send them in, I know it will cost to repair these cameras and I refuse to pay them a dime more when this is clearly a defect. When my S9000 fails I'm done with Fuji!

I have five failed s-20 pro's ....all have a defective ccd that happened within a 3 week period.

run a small photography dept. have approx 20 cameras - 5 x s20 pros have collapsed whilst the s602z models are motoring on.

I have 2 Fuji S20's, one has the distorted screen and the other has purple & blue images. they both went out the same time. Is there a recall on these modles? I have heard that many s20s are failing now.

Our work camera had the exact same image as this email and images described. It worked fine a week ago. The camera did not suffer any physical damage as it was stationary in a protective case.
