Keep getting error code E07-27 (by 2 users)

We are using a panasonic dp-4530. We have error code E07-27 displayed and prompting us to call a 800#. We could use any assistance to fix this and we are not technically inclined.

I turned my copier off and then back on to reset IP address and I got this message.

ApprenticeE07-27 is a problem with the finisher tray lift motor. Make sure that a trash can is not under the tray. Have also seen screws work there way loose causing the tray to bind. If neither is your problem, you will have to call a service provider. Temporarily you can turn the power off, separate the finisher from the machine, unplug the connector, and turn power back on. You will not have a finisher but you can make copies until it is serviced.
