More info would help, but I'd say you have a throttle or its cable or linkage to the fuel throttle body sticking. If you are a DYI you should get a repair manual from your local auto parts store. You will probably need it next time.

what is a wet clutch?,. the A/T torque converter
the inside transmission wet, clutch packs
or the stick shifting master cylinder and slave
why not post year, swift, and what system you are working.
eg: my car wont move, got that.
my RPM tachometer races fast, but car wont go (called slip)
or my clutch pedal seems dead.
or my A/T CAR., transmission is no working right, say what?

breaks jammed on .check the sliders to each brake .remove and clean them.and grease them .to stop them sticking.

If everything else works when the timer is in motion, then the timer is sticking. Replace timer.

Call your repair guy or take it in for cleaning and servicing.

if its a STICK-SHIFT, it wont hav a dip-stick,u need to raise up th car,nice & LEVELED, you will see a big-nut-on the side of th TRANS BUT MORE to the top of trany probably near the stick-shift u need to buy a hand-pump from any AUTO-PARTS-STORE, when u find the NUT, re-move it,and theres A HOLE,U need to pump th TRANS-GEAR-OIL,in through th HOLE,start pumping in the HOLE, until it starts coming out of the HOLE,when it STOPS coming--out,u are finish,also u are @ the full LEVEL--MARK... GOOD-LUCK!!!!!!

If it has a hydrostatic transmission, then it is going bad.

first of all, check condition of tranny fluid. if it is brown or smells burnt the clutch in tranny are slipping. if the fluid is ok and at normal on stick. then change the fluid and tranny filter. this may help. have a good one !! but if it still slips, tranny is in need of repair or replaced.

Turn the wipers on,and when they stop,peck on the wiper motor and see if they will come on.If they do replace the wiper motor,If they do not,replace the wiper switch.

im guessing their is a loose wire connecting two leads on the main board or something like that...
