Check to make sure that the driver is installed correctly. Just because it is paired doesn't mean that windows sees it as an audio device. It probably sees it as just another piece of equipment with a bluetooth receiver.
If your webcam worked before this problem then you probably have a hardware issue. The webcam is installed on your LCD display panel. This is connected to the system board via a cable. It's possible the cable became dislodged from the webcam or the system board due to opening the LCD display to use the laptop. Go to device manager to see if the webcam appears in list of devices. If not then you will need to have the laptop repaired by Sony or competent repair shop.
The drivers for Wndows 7 most likely will not work on Windows XP. If this laptop came installed with Windows 7 it may not have Windows XP drivers. Before you install Windows XP check the LG WEB site for Windows XP drivers for your model laptop. If there isn't any XP drivers then I suggest you stick with Windows 7.
