There is simply no use of resetting the phone. The problem is with your phone's display! Do you remember dropping it down..?! this might be the result of that... Anyway.. There is nothing which we can do other than visiting the nearest Nokia Care center. The service personnel will surely help out.
try to push and hold together buttons * ,3 and green handset then press power ( still holding buttons) . If it's not work you must do a manual software upgrade in service centre or someone who have special hardware for that. if you need that you can contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org
