Question about Televison & Video
I own an HP PL5060N that I purchased 1 year and 10 days ago.
Last night, it suddenly turned off, and since it just keeps toggling between "off" and "standby", without any picture coming up.
I can hear from the back, something like a relay clicking.
I've tried unplugging, and plugging back in, but nothing has worked.
Keep in mind that if you call 1-800-samsung they may extend your warranty by 90 days to accommodate you on this problem. Just call them and explain the situation and be nice to them and see what they say. Usually they will help a customer out that is that close to being in warranty. If they won't email me back and i maybe able to assist you with this problem. I am located in Louisville, Ky by the way. Thank you and talk to you soon. Jay
