If it's ILO LCD 32 inch then call Initial Electronics 1 800 216 5156, but be warned, not very good customer service. Takes a long time to get what you want.....my tv has been 'getting fixed' for 2 months now.

Fault with the main power supply regulator board.
Check and replace damaged component/s at its main power regulator [SMPS] section circuit. Contact any service technician. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Surf the site with patience. Pull up older posts. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/ It will be best to replace the power supply regulator board as card basis.
The main power supply will be the first place to check. You should have at least the standby 5vdc, which is used for the main board, when the power switch is activated, the main board will send out the signal to turn on the main power supply sections to power up the rest of the set. Look for simple thing like blown fuse or bad capacitors. Learn about what bad capacitors can do. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Capacitor_plague
In regards to the ILO 32HD TV, I too had problems with the remote stop working after 3 months and the buttons on the TV not working. I called Initial Technology (909)392-5583, informed them of my issue, letting them know I was highly upset at paying close to $1000 for a TV that hasn't lasted 4 months, and asked what was going to be done about it. They requested I send the TV to them for repairs free of charge. I didn't have the original box, so they sent me a box to send it in, as well as the labels to attach when I send it back. I was free of charge for me to send, I just had to get the package to UPS. I have yet to receive my TV back, so I can't comment on if the repairs worked. I must say I was stunned to see that ILO was selling such a bad product, and the problems with customer support. I have numerous ILO products and this is the first MAJOR disappointment. No more ILO products in my future.
First thing to do is see if this happens on ALL inputs so you can pin piont the Tv and not the source. if it still happens the only way to repair this type of problem would be to replace the main board for this set
I have been dealing with Shop Jimmy.. and the service has been GREAT.. BUT.. the first board was the wrong model.. ( my fault )
the 2nd was was not 100%... but this is a good place for ILO parts
Actually it;s the only one I have found so far....
I think yours is not a main board problem.. but power supply...
