Question about SATO CL408e Thermal Printer
Hi attached is an image of our SATO CL480e printer's print job. Notice on the letter M on the right label and the Expires Date On the left label, the UOM Set 0 is also blurred out. Can anyone suggest some solutions to fix this so the printer prints everything clearly?
We have the same problem but i am finding it hard finding a replacement any clues anyone

Your platen roller (the black rubber roller) isn't smooth in that spot. Maybe it has be nicked or cut there or has something stuck onto it. If it's cut you will have to replace it, otherwise try cleaning it with high percentage isopropyl alcohol.
