Zebra Bar-One ProPlus 6.0::: Unable to print

Im useing bar-one 6.0 pro-plus to try to create labels that have been premade by the company i work for. I am unable to print anything to any printer i tried to use. I have tried a network printer(hp) a computer connected by dot_4(hp) and even a zebra connected by usb. When i click print it asks me how many copies of the labels i want to print. After that step i click print and nothing happens. Ive tryed useing all 3 printers and i get the same results from all of them. Ive searched through much of the program looking for some type of settings that could be throwing it off. I have tryed printed test pages but get the same results.. What could i possibly be doing wrong?. Does bar-one support connections becides parrellel?

This may be due to the barone program.
Depending on the origin of the editor.
To see if the problem is your barone program, get a driver from www.seagullscientific.com and try to print on your printer from word. If it works then the problem comes from your barone

Why dose printer eject blank labels after every print

If pressing the FEED key advances just one label at a time then the printer works ok by itself. The printer will only do what it's told to do so so if extra labels feed at the end of printing, then you have to look at the printer driver or the label format for something adding the extra labels.

Hope that helps

I am printing bar codes. In the bar code it is laying down more ink then it should leaving big lines that can be sracthed off. I am using a Zebra 170 XILLL PLUS.

In the software provided adjust temperature setting of print head before printing the job. Please also check for bad ribbon. Please don't hesitate to ask if any further assistance is needed. Good Luck

I have a Zebra 110 XiIII p it does print different size bar codes

Keeping up with the Drivers is a very good idea, it will fix little problems that come along from time to time. Try resetting the printer defaults by entering the menu system and exiting, at piont of exit don't save permanently but cycle around to load defaults and exit. Go back in and set the printer up again, this time exit saving permanently.

We presently have a Zebra 110XiIII Plus Printer that we use for printing labels containing Text and Bar Codes from an MS Access based application. Our current printer comes with a Roll of paper, and labels...

@ gould804.

I have the same model printer and utilizing it the same way with text and bar code. My issue is not the the font but rather the text is not printing, only the bar code. Maybe we can contact and work with each other to resolve both of your issues. let me know?

All of the sudden my bar codes are not fully printing. Missing some lines on the bottom. Also the numbers are not printing rel clear. Have ran this label before and no problem. Now it is all bar codes.

Try cleaning the printhead, then print the zebra test print. (see user manual) or just print a solid black box 4" wide by 1" long. If you have white vertical lines through it you may need a new printhead.

If print test is good try increasing the heat/darkness setting

Skips Bar Code Labels

It could be software related.  The best way to find out is to restart the computer where the labels are coming from.  Turn your printer off and back on again as well.  Run the program that loads the forms into the printer to print with.
Is the printer on an ethernet connection or is it connected to a computer?
