Question about Sharp UX P100 Plain Paper Thermal transfer Fax
It seems to fax fine, yet the recipient gets a black page. Sent a fax to myself, same thing happened, black page received. Put rhe paper in correctly. Help.
The glass strip is bad, this is what reads the fax.
look in the manual under Maintenance for the location
