Question about Sony PlayStation Portable (PSP) Console
Your Laser lens is dirty. You need to get some foam type ear swabs, not cotton, like Q-tip. You should be abkle to find these at a local drug store. Dampen the swab in something like Windex and swab the lens of the laser. Use the opposite end of the swab which should be dry to polish the lens delicately. This may get you back working again. If not your laser has much more severe problems, and probably needs to be replaced. In this case, click on "Repair Directory" at the bottom of this screen. Then on the next screen select "Video Game Consoles" Pick a repair shop to service your PSP. If you think you want to do it yourself, be aware it is very easy to damage the PSP beyond reasonable repair.
