Remove the side panles, an locate the pump. Then look if you can get it out without removing the backpanel.

Why is there no water in the tank after use, even when clothes are wet going into the dryer?

The pump sits in a sump behind the condensor if it is not blocked , then the pump is faulty

HI CAN YOU TELL ME IF A CONDENSER PUMP CAN BE FIXED OR WILL A HAVE TO REPLACE IT THANKS

The condenser pump will have to be ordered as a complete assembly as you can not get parts to repair just the condenser pump.

Zanussi tumble dryer does not get very hot

Hi, I take it from the description taht you have given your T/dryer is a condenser? If this is the case you could be looking at several problems? 1 it could be the large filter underneath the tumble dryer this could be blocked with fluff causing it not to condense quick enough! 2 it could be the water collection pump? Can you her it running? 3 It could be that half the heater has failed causing it not to get hot enough to dry?
Try these hopefully it should steer you in the right direction!

I've sorted mine this morning. First, disconnect from the mains - VERY important! Pull out the metal condenser unit at the bottom, and behind it, there's a small hatch in the bottom to the reservoir. This can get gunked up with water, and is very difficult to clean - HOWEVER - I've found a really easy way of cleaning it. I've got a VAX carpet washer with a hose attachment, and I simply sucked all the water out using that. If you don't own a carpet cleaner maybe borrow one. I did this this morning, and my tumble-dryer's still running happily after an hour! It is possible to clean it out without vacuum, but it takes a LOT longer, and the vacuum of the cleaner pulls out gunk that is hard to access. Another place where gunk collects is behind that hatch right at the back - there's a tube up to the right. I pulled out quite a long chunk of lint. However, that wasn't the solution on it's own, I still had to clean out the reservoir as above.

Water tank not filling

Probably it is lint in the condense pump.

I think the pump is full of lint, and is not able to pumpe the water from the bottom container to the container in the panel. Check that;)

Sounds like the condense pump is bad. Replace it, or look if there is lint in it. ;)

It sounds like you have a condensing dryer. These condense the water into a pan in the back, and then the water is pumped down the drain. If you are getting an overflow, it means the pan is full of water and the controller is shutting it down to prevent it from leaking on the floor. Most likely cause is a bad drain pump, which is a bit of a bear to change as it is in the back behind the rear wall in the lower right hand corner. The other option is that the drain line could be pinched or clogged, especialy if the unit was moved just before the problem started. Hope this helps!
