Question about Fujitsu ScanSnap Manager

I can not scan to folder now, I am using scansnap s510m, please guide how to solve this problem. I am using macbookpro

Click and hold down the mouse button over the ScanSnap Manager Icon in the Dock menu and confirm that Quick Menu is checked.

load the document you want to scan

press the scan button

when scanning is complete the snapscan quick menu appears

place the curser on the scan2 folder

click it in the action list

a preview window appears

You can change the file name and the folder you want to put it in. You can also resize it here by dragging the lower right corner

How to recreate a new folder for my scansnap manager to be able to scan. I tried without success. Where do I put it, etc.


Right click on your desktop. Choose new and then folder. Name it Scansnsp And it's done. When you setup your scanning be sure to tell it to send your scans to the desktop folder named scansnap. I hope that helps

Unistall and reboot and reinstall and see what it does. If nothing changes then you need to post the operating sytem information.

My ScanSnap S510M stopped working. There is an error code "0xffffdcf7" . I tried rebooting but it still does not work.


I had a similar problem. My problem may be related to installing a second scanner (Canon MG8100). Reinstalling the ScanSnap driver solved my problem.

I get a message when i try to scan that says "not


Hi Good day!!! try to change your save target folder of your fujitsu. make a new folder in your "my documents" name it your desire folder name. and then after making folder open your ScanSnap manager and then go to "SAVE tab" and then click browse locate your folder that you make earlier and then click apply. and then ok.

Scanner will not pull the paper all the way through & scan. Scanner says not valid folder to save image is selected . Set the save folder for the scanned image data. I don't know what to do


Hi,

Try to scan by using the quick menu as I described below:
Check for the ScanSnap Manager icon on the taskbar.

5d5f1b3.jpg Right click the mouse button over that ScanSnap Manager icon.
Select “Scan Button Settings” from the Right-Click Menu.


2344c41.jpg Select the “Use Quick Menu” check box (it must be checked).

Load the document in the ScanSnap which you want to scan.
Pres the “scan” button on the ScanSnap.
Click the “Scan to folder” icon in the quick menu when scanning is completed.

The “Scan to Folder” dialog box appears.

Check the scanned image in the “Scan to Folder” dialog box.
By clicking save buton, save the scanned data in a specified folder which you select chancing the filename as you want.

The Fujitsu ScanSnap V2.2 L11 drivers have been patched by me to work with S300, S500, S510 and fi-5110EOX/2/3 PC-based scanners for the MAC. No need to buy a new scanner. Just apply the patch and then send me a Christmas card! ;)

I have and love Scan Snap S500 on a pc.  I am transferring to a Mac.  I downloaded the Scan Snap for Mac S510M.  The program installs fine, but does not open.  The icon shows a big red line through it.  ...

CAN NOT DRAG THE DOC SCANNED TO THE FOLDER


Normally only the left mouse button works for dragging PDF file from one ScanSnap Organizer folder to another.

If the left mouse button will not drag the files to another folder, try the right mouse button. If the right mouse button is the only one that works, you have your left and right mouse buttons reversed (see the Mouse settings under the Windows Control Panal).

Driver scansnap


There should not be any problem installing that sofware on that OS and version. My guess is you have a botched (corrupted) install. Try uninstalling if you can otherwise let me know and we'll "clean out the registry." Good luck!
