Driver toolkit 3.2.0.0

When you connect something to an USB port for the first time, don't hope to much. You have to be sure the computer has the correct software to recognise the hardware and can work with it. From Windows 7 and up, for most hardware that is certified with Microsoft, you can download the drivers from Microsoft. Lots of hardware is recognised when connected and will initiate a download from Microsoft. But not all hardware will do so and not all hardware is compatible with the new operating systems.
Most things that worked fine with Windows XP and or Vista, can fail with Windows 7 and 8, because the factory that made the hardware in the first place does not ask for certification with Microsoft for their old HV. They only spend time and money to get their new hardware certified on the new operating systems.
So to make sure your hardware is compatible with the OS. Check the manual and find out, what you have to do so it will work on your computer.
If your device was working on a USB2 port, it also should work on an USB3 port, on the same computer. But don't expect another speed, because the slowest part decides the speed.

After installing the HP H8000 Wireless Headset the notebook internal speakers are not working on my HP ENVY dv6

When connecting a headset or any other audio device to a laptops 3.5mm audio jack, it is designed to stop the internal speakers and run only from Headphones.

If you mean that even after disconnecting the Headphones the internal speakers are still not working, ensure that the headphone jack does not have anything lodged in it, any metal object can trick the laptop into thinking there are headphones connected, cutting the internal speakers out.

Try getting a DRY cotton bud, and clean out the port with that, this will get rid of anything that may be triggering the problem.

select one of the 242(!) different models of 'DV6500', and then download the device-driver(s) for the USB ports and for the co-processor.

Vega mp4 software does not work with windows xp only 98

I think your device only work with USB 1 and windows 98 can not recognize USB2. But windows Xp can recognize usb2 ports.
For solve yhis problem in windows XP:

Go to Device Manager. Find the USB section. One of the USB entries
has the word "Enhanced" in it. Select that entry. Do "properties"
on it. At the bottom of the Properties for the Enhanced entry,
there is a "Device Usage" box. It has values like

Use this device (enable)
Do not use this device (disable)

Change the setting to "disable".

My webcam comes up blank, grey screen with no images..

Sir,
Here are some suggestions:
  • Try unplugging the camera, uninstalling all of the software and drivers, then getting the latest from Creative and reinstalling everything.
  • Try installing the camera on another PC to see if it works there.
  • If you're connecting through a USB hub, disconnect it and plug the camera in to the PC's USB port.
  • Check the Creative web site for known problems
  • Send Creative (CHECK WITH YOUR MANUFACTURER)  tech support an email to see if they have any advice.

How to get Panasonic KX-P2123 printer to work with USB port

Cables are available from a number of sources which will convert from a USB plug for your computer to a serial or parallel connector for your printer. (I don't remember for sure whether that Panasonic is serial or parallel. I think it's a parallel printer and uses a Centronics connector.) Do a search for "centronics to USB" or "serial to USB" and you will find links to a number of sources.
