I recently had the same problem. Your Lexmark printer has automatically placed itself on pause. You must go to the control panel and unpause it from there. Its' simple, just go to control panel and select printer and faxes. Select your Lexmark printer and right click it. Then select resume from the drop down menu. Your printer is now unpaused and ready to print!
It is the general error comes across in case of All-in-one printers. Please reinstall the printer with the installation cd first.
Reboot the PC with out plug in printer and when prompts connect the printer. Then it will ask for the drivers then located the driver from the CD. Let me know if you need further assistance. Don't forget to vote me.
You need to reinstall your printer driver. If you have the installation cd,
1. unplug your printer from the computer,
2. install the driver from the cd,
3. plug your printer back into the computer
4. turn the printer on
5. print your document.
If you do not have the installation cd, try the printer manufacturer's web site for the print driver. Before installing the driver, disconnect the printer from the pc to make sure installation goes smoothly.
Once the driver is installed, when you plug the printer into the computer and power it on, the computer will find it and finish the installation process automatically.
