Question about iLO V27DMBX Television
My ilo 42" plasma which i have owned for about two years. A bad storm was going on outside, the lights is the house went off then back on. My TV then would not operate properly. It is only black and white and the v-chip is on and I can't turn off. can anybody help me? thanks
V-Chip Factory code is not 0000 as it say in there book they put that # in, 8202 is the real Factory v-chip code

For the color problem I punched the "System" button in lower left corner on my remote. Apparently this button is the Color System. After hitting it a couple of time it set to "Auto" mode and presto, the color was restored.

Yes I can help you all you have to do is turn off the set and wait for about 30 minutes and then turn your set back on the problem should be resolved sincerely ,unplug the set firsthave a nice day
