It sounds like the RROD. If your XBOX360 is still under warranty, you can call Microsoft and they'll fix it. If not, you can either ship your XBOX off to be fixed by Microsoft or another company or try fixing it yourself. if you have a cooling core on it then you can't do too much more but if you don't then go buy one and put it on it that will normally fix it.

The lead going from your xbox to the television isn't plugged in properly.

well you need to replace the thremal paste really aswell cause it drys out then it wont conduct propperly

well it seems that your xbox is well and truely broken. contact microsoft and tell them whats happened and if you have done nothing wrong to cause your 360 to break then they will repair/ replace your xbox for free
