Question about Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W55 Digital Camera

1 Answer

Help with my canon powershot A610, buttons won't work.

I could not scan the pictures i took with my digital camera. Everytime i press the left or right button, all the pictures will scroll fast and i wouldn't be able to stop it. Also, i can no longer use the buttons to set the timer, or adjust various settings as well as delete pictures. How do i solve this problem?

It sounds that the buttons are getting stuck, I would remove the back pannel and then realign the buttons and then re close it

No. The A610 works with MMC and SD cards, 2GB or smaller. It will not work with higher-capacity SDHC cards.

OK, long shot, but you never know. Press the top cover dowsn when you shot a photo. If camera is not powered off, then fasten the 3 screws that you may find at the top of the batteries housing unit.

Black screen while shooting, but still taking pictures not black

Nonononooooo fotomohamed, he can review just taken pictures on the LCD. The screen is working.

Actually, it sounds like you just accidentally pressed the DISPLAY button on the back of your camera. This manually turns the screen on and off in picture taking mode to save batteries (you would then use optical viewfinder). Just press it once and it should turn back on.

!. check with Canon or parts availability -some modeles are considered 'disposable' and no parts are available
or they may offer to repair it for you.
