Before I repair that kind of watch,using the battery size Maxell "SR 912.In Swiss battery liked Renata has a equivalent number of 912 is Japanese standard battery size. Its better you bring it to a authorized service center im sure they have available special battery for that watch. They have a special tool to open that with no scratch it is an expensive watch.
hope it may help you;

SOURCE: my watch needs a new battery.
There is a tool that you need that adjusts to the three holes or openings in the back of your watch and it just screws off. If you don't have access to the tool, simply take two push pins and CAREFULLY insert them into the openings and unscrew the back cover. Remember that it unscrews counter-clockwise.This will give you access to the battery simply take it out and go to the store to buy a replacement repeat the process to install the cover back on.

That means you have a monoblock case and this can be opened using a special pump and forcing the air into the case through the tube (where the stem is inserted into the movement).
When forced in, the air pressure builds up in the case and lifts up the watch glass.
It is quite tricky operation and need skilled watchmakers hands and tools.
When I first used this metod, air pressure was so strong, that it shot out the glass from the case together with the movement and all the watch bits flew over the place, ending with damaged fingers, scratched dial and broken balance staff, so, I had to buy them and replace.
My advice is to go to your nearest watch repair shop and ask for help, as you wont be able to open your watch without proper tools or you will damage or brake watch glass.
Don't forget to rate, please.
