There is a white line in the middle of a line when I print a document or anything else. I have cleaned the heads and aligned the cartrides. Help me.

I have all of the same problems. Lines in the middle of the letters, extra spaces between lines, and sentences print off the page at the end to make up for extra spaces between lines. I have checked my cables including unplugging and plugging them back in. I have cleaned my cartridges, tried realigning, tried hand cleaning, checked to make sure I had the right USB port and tried different paper.

Printer cutting off words

Is this happening with every program you use to print? If it's just a single program, try changing the line spacing. It sounds as if you've got the line spacing too small for the current font and it's cutting off the bottoms in order to print the next line.
