Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

My intel wireless adapter 3945ABG is not working... i cannot find it in device menu of my computer.

1. go into the "remove programs list " and uninstall the software and reinstall accordingt the installation disk instructions set.
This should restore you device in the "device manager" and work properly.
Note: if you have done a "defragmentation of your hard drive in a while do this before installing the software of you device.
I hope this helps. Have great day!

Yes you can install the drivers from internet for this device please refer to the below links
http://www.nodevice.com/driver/company/Linksys.html
Just look for the model number and you will get the drivers
after downloading the drivers remove the wireless card from the laptop and insert it back it will open a wizard while asking for driver give the path to the folder where you have saved the drivers downloaded from internet

Hope this will make your device work let me know

Yellow exclamation mark over the network adapter- 6To4 adapter. When I uninstalled and restarted my computer the adapter was not reinstalled. Sony laptop with Vista 32 OS.

the yellow exclamation mark indicates that the driver is not installed... run the installation disk once again install the adapter .. if unable to install with cd then, right click on the adapter from device manager and click update driver and manually update the driver ... it should work
