Question about Konica Minolta bizhub C250 All-In-One Laser Printer

1 Answer

Reprint Is there a location that printed documents can be stored at for reprinting as necessary? AKA: Once a document has been printed, is there a way to reprint it? Is there a way to set up the machine in a way that could allow reprinting (perhaps using a userbox, etc?)

Yes, if your model has a harddrive...

as far as i know your printer should have command tools on a cd... install that software, add your printer there and search in the drivers panel "print & hold" option and check that option!

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I would like to retrieve a document from the printer's cache, is this possible?

No it isn't. The printer memory is transient. It collects the data from the printer and then feeds that data until the document is printed. When the document is printed, the data is gone.

The exception might be if it is a network printer that is connected to a server. The server will hold the document for a a predetermined time.

Can't print: Documents Stuck in Queue

When a printer document does not print and all cables are securely connected, usually this due to the print spooler. This is a service that is language that tells the printer to print when you select the option to print.

In order to get a document to print there are just a few steps to follow.

For Windows XP:

Click on start button
Then select run
In the run box type <cmd>
(This will get you into the command prompt)
Once in the command prompt you want to type <net stop spooler>
That will stop the spooler service from running.
Now type <net start spooler>
It will then show this service has been started successfully.

Now select your document and reprint what you had originally planned.

For Windows Vista:

Click on Windows Logo
Then select run
In the run box type <cmd>
(This will get you into the command prompt)
Once in the command prompt you want to type <net stop spooler>
That will stop the spooler service from running.
Now type <net start spooler>
It will then show this service has been started successfully.

Now select your document and reprint what you had originally planned.

*NOTE* You will get "access is denied" in Windows Vista because of security features if you do not already have full rights.

In this case:

Click on start
Click on programs
Click accessories
Then right click on command prompt
Select Run As Administrator
Then just press Continue.
Now you have full rights to your computer to stop and start services.

It's a .tiff file. Some photo edit programs will own them. Also try inserting it in a blank MS Word document. Then print the document.

REPRINT FAX

I suspect you look in the history and pick the last job printed if you are in a confidential environment then all the information would be deleted after printing and you would need to re-send the original document again.
Good Luck.

How to do a hard reset for HP Officejet 4315v?

  • Perform a partial reset if you are experiencing problems scanning or printing your document. To do this, disconnect the power cord from the wall. Then, hold the "#" and "3" while reconnecting the power cord. Release the buttons once the cord is plugged in. Try to rescan or reprint your document.
  • Perform a semi-full reset if the partial reset did not work. To do this, unplug the power cord. Hold "#" and "6" buttons while plugging the cord back in. Then, release the buttons and try to rescan or reprint your document.
  • Hope this helps

The document i am printing had stopped, what must be the problem, please help me.

    Hi,
The first thing to do is to save whatever you are trying to print and then just restart your computer...
once it boots back up it will either try to reprint the document or you can then retry to print...
