Question about SanDisk Sansa c250 (2 GB) MP3 Player (SDMX7-2048)
Mine has an issue where Its tottaly cleaned out there is nothing on it. When i got threw WMP to load it up its not giving me all the Gigs it has its only showing up as 182 Mb. There is nothing on it, no pictures, no saved recorded files. Its complety blank. I can fill up the free 182 Mb's but I have 2g's and i want to be able to atleast use 1.5 of them
What i would recommend you go to do is to format your device using the windows media player and then do a firmware upgrade on the device..the problem you are experiencing right now is because your firmware is corrupted..once you do that should be able to use your device without any problems...
To format your device using windows media player//
Assuming that you are running windows media player 11
Go to your sync tab and right click on the device and hit format..
DO NOT USE MY COMPUTER TO FORMAT YOUR DEVICE...
once the format is completed get the firmware upgrade for the device...
