the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).

My computer runs really slow, freezes, internet explorer hardly ever works. help!!

There is no such thing as a windows vista machine. You can install different operating systems on different machines. Your problem is most likely that you're missing drivers for the peripherals.
Download a program called "driver easy" and run it. It will tell you what drivers are missing, once you get all the drivers installed you should find things work better, like once you get your network running then internet explorer will stop having problems.

Internet is fully connected but when i press the icon for internet, it starts to load, but then just stops, so cannot get internet -any help on what is ging wrong?

Well firstly it isn't displaying a page on execution "saying that Internet Explorer can't load the requested page", this tells us that maybe your Internet Explorer is just corrupt or missing a file somewhere, if you have other access to the internet I suggest you download Internet Explorer 8, install it on the machine with the problem and see if that helps. You can get IE 8 here.

  • Step 5 Paste the icon to your Desktop. Open it to make sure it works.
  • Step 6 Click the "Start" button and select "Search" from the menu if you are unable to find the "iexplore.exe" icon in your Program Files folder. Search for "iexplore.exe." Locate the file. Right-click it to create a shortcut. Paste the shortcut to your Desktop.

How to I enable intel? I did a system reformat and now I cant get IE

Sorry, but there is no such thing as enable intel, intel is a hardware company.

If you reformatted the hard drive, then you had to install the operating system.

If you did a system restore, or recovery restore, this does not format
    the hard drive.

What ever you did, if IE is missing, you need to try it again, because IE
is integrated into the windows operating system and is always there, so something happened.

Are you sure its not under the start menu, or listed in your control panel.

Sometimes it does not get placed on your desktop, so you think its missing when its not.

Check around, and if you need more help just post back.

My internet explorer icon is missing on the desktop and im using windows xp

Is this the only icon that is missing?
If so, find the folder C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer (assuming you have drive "C" as your main drive). You should find a file called "iexplore.exe". If you're viewing the folder with "Tiles" as your view option, you should recognize the internet explorer logo on this file.
When you find the file, right-click on the icon, and select "Send To" from the drop down menu. Another menu should appear, and from there, select the "Desktop (create shortcut)" option. This should put the icon back on your desktop.
    Hope that helps.
