Hi There,
Note: Below steps are for win 7, vista and if you are user any other operating system like win 10,win 8 then mention in next post.

The best and easy method I will suggest you to activate your windows hidden admin account and for that follow the below steps:-
Boot your computer into safe mode with networking
Shutdown the system>>press power button to reboot and immediately start pressing f8(for win7,vista)>>go to safe mode with command prompt>>run below command
Net user administrator /active:yes
Hit Enter and you should see a message that says, "The command completed successfully".

reboot to new admin account and copy your old your account data into admin account or create a new user admin account and copy data.

if this does not work than revert back, I will be happy to assist you.

Laptop won't start up

I'm going to suggest that before you do anything, you check or replace the battery in your laptop. If your battery is not the problem, take your laptop to a local computer repair shop to have the problem correctly diagnosed.

Blank screen

Take a flashlight and shine it on the screen. If you can see an image, you probably need to replace the power inverter board. It supplies power to the backlight.

Screen Flickers

Sounds like your screen is failing. Could be just a loose connector behind the screen (pressure changes the screen display), but best advice is to replace the screen.
