The paper was stoppped into the machine, now it's free but it doesen't work and call me on display: 200 paper into the machine

Check the Power Ensure that the shredder top is firmly placed in the shredder basket if the unit will not operate. If the top is not in place the feeder will not work and accept any paper. Make sure it is firmly plugged into the wall outlet and that the outlet is active. Rest the Shredder Let the shredder cool down if the shredder has been running continuously for a long time. It may have overheated and needs to be left in the off position for at least 30 minutes to reset. Verify the basket is empty or not too full as that will cause the shredder to deactivate. Clear Paper Jam Rotate the shredder into "Auto" and reverse to loosen any paper jam that is stopping the gears. Pull out any papers that are sticking out from the shredder feeder. If there is no progress then unplug the shredder and remove the shredder top from the bin. Turn it upside down and use tweezers to free any paper that is blocking the gear. Auto Mode Not Working Select the "Auto" option and feed paper into the center of the feeder tray if the shredder is only working in reverse mode. The sensor is located in the middle of the feeder tray and could be blocked by jammed paper. Use an index card to firmly unblock any paper that could be blocking the sensor.

Then the roller are dirty or need to be replaced because they cant grab the paper so the machine is miss feeding jam is when the paper hit something or stop electrically move to different draw or the by pass

You probably have paper shreds stuck between the blades. The sensor arm will be in the centre and it will be stuck down so the m/c things its has paper to shred all the time.

There are two phototransistors and LED pairs in the CD and paper paths. They detect paper and turn on the motor. Clean these sensor/LEDs. If cleaning the sensor/LEDs does not fix the problem, then you might need to replace them. Do not work on the circuitry while the shredder is plugged in. It is NOT isolated from the power line.

This is a thermal printer. There is no ink. It uses heat to burn print on the paper. As long as paper is loaded correctly and spitting out, there is nothing you can do except get it repaired. Make sure you are using thermal paper and not a standard roll.

try to check your settings on the display properties ->screen saver->monitor power. make sure the power is turn off never.

unplug machine from power. remove all carts. close cover. reconnect machine to power. wait until machine demands carts. reinsert cart as demanded by machine and secure them by pressing them into position and fixing the clip above the cart cover. give correct answer as display asks. Set date and time again.

btw: always print until printer stopps printing! Never change cart befor that
because printer logic will be fooled ;-)
