The buttons (Menu/Enter, Auto/Exit, etc) on the front of the monitor stopped working. Any suggestions?

This is a monitor in my office at work and the company won't go for that idea. Thanks for your suggestion.

Hi Denise,
Hope this helps; If you can control this before, ask for asisstance in opening monitor chassis with certified technician due to High Voltage Shock risk. Resolder the menu buttons and the control circuits. Resolder also SMPS module driving voltage to control circuit.
Best regards,
Rosener

Your welcome Denise. I understand the monitor still usable, button settings are seldom use anyway. If there's a need to adjust basic control try to look if your monitor comes with the software control/driver application you can adjust settings there like frequency adjustments, color scheme, etc.. However you can also access settings at Control panel, Display properties. Have a nice day!
